Beghetto, Professor of Educational Psychology, University of Connecticut, and author of What If? Building Students’ Problem-Solving Skills Through Complex Challenges. In a conversation with host Chaunte Garrett, he offers advice on how to harness problem-solving skills. Beghetto found inspiration for his book from his young daughter who was tired of doing homework worksheets and wanted to put into problems of practice into action.

Chaunte Garrett is the director of accountability for the Rowan-Salisbury school system in North Carolina, an education consultant, and an ASCD Emerging Leader.
