  1. I applaud you for thinking about a title that is not so “negative” to describe schools that enroll students who are disruptive or over age. To title the schools who house “nontraditional students” innovative is an excellent and compelling step in the right direction. The students can now appreciate the respect that is being given them by not labeling them as “bad” or “unteachable”, they are now students who are being “prep’d” for the next step in their lives.
