The father-daughter duo, co-authors of the new children’s book, Cay and Adlee Find Their Voice,  make a strong case for helping students find and use their voice as early as possible. Cali Quaglia is a student athlete at Tarpon Springs High School who believes it is critical that everyone has a voice. Her father, Russ Quaglia, is a globally recognized pioneer in the field of education, and leads the Quaglia Institute for School Voice and Aspirations.
